Here's A Little bit about me...

I am a writer, eager to publish my own work, currently studying Creative Writing at Bath Spa University.

I am the Publishing Assistant & a Copy Editor for Zimmer Magazine, an online & independent literature magazine.

I also work part time at a coffee shop, but when I'm not working, I'm cuddling up with a good book & my two beautiful golden retrievers.

Since the moment my mum put a

book in my lap, books have become

a huge part of my life.

Whilst I have come a long way from the

little girl who found a home in Tolkien's hobbit holes & Lewis' apple-wood wardrobe to Narnia, my desire to dive deeper into the world of literature & publishing has only strengthened over time.

experience,
so far...

From scribbling down poetry & plot ideas to spending hours in a darkroom over a single photo, or editing my sixth form magazine, I have come to develop a great attention to detail, a mature & serious work ethic & I love to explore new & experimental methods for an eye-catching result.

My experience editing for my sixth form magazine, running my own creative writing club & working in a coffee shop has helped me gain confidence to work alongside a team & provide a welcoming atmosphere for people.

My dream to become an author has felt so out of reach so often, but it's my nana's last letter to me that has kept me going. My nana would always push me to keep creating, and I can only hope I will make her proud in the future.

Live as you dream reminds me to never give up,

and to always keep writing, no matter what.
